Questions & Answers

Has anyone tried it with anything besides Charlie's laundry soap? Is everything in place?

I use Charlie's oxygen bleach with regular laundry soap and it works fine; I also use it with spray and wash to remove stubborn stains that can take several washes to remove, or with Joy dishwashing soap to lift oil-based stains that my husband seems to enjoy acquiring. When I tried to make my bathtub shinier, it didn't work as well, but that was just a whim. In my washing machine, I also use Charlie's Soap laundry booster.

What is the total number of packages in the shipment? Three is indicated in the price, but only two is stated in the description. ?

I'm not sure where you're getting the impression that the price indicates three because each seller's pricing varies, but the weight and description both refer to two separate packages. Remember that individual sellers cannot absorb shipping losses like Amazon can. Is it possible that the price you believe indicates 3 does not account for a 5 lb shipment? Remember that most sellers must ship it to a warehouse before shipping it to the customer, so I hope this information is useful. Our price is calculated based on shipping two oxy packages. I'm not sure why the price per item is listed that way. Instead of a plastic jar, I received two bags when I ordered it.

Is it okay to use dark colors with this? I have a few black shirts that could benefit from it, but I'd like to keep them that way. ?

Yes, this is a color-safe, non-toxic product. Bleach with chlorine. You should test it with your specific fabric/dye first, as with any other wash additive, but we've never had any issues with any of the fabric/dye combinations we've tried.

Without the use of chemicals, colors and white can be created. This was also a stain primer for me. Make a paste and apply it to the stain, then let it sit overnight before washing in the next load - Everything went smoothly.

We've tried a lot of soaps, and this is by far the best. Our clothing is in better condition. Our "he" washer is whiter, and it doesn't stink as bad as our "she" washer.

This is the best all-purpose fabric bleach that I've ever used. It's something I've been using for years and it's always worked well. It is beneficial to those who have extremely sensitive skin (my family and I are living proof!).
