The set up & use process is simple and easy

The mop is wonderful and I love to use it The floors look great with it. Several reviews have expressed concerns about the refill, so I would consider other options if that is a concern. Nevertheless, it's a very easy project to put together, I've had it for over a month and I don't regret buying it. It's simpler to just reorder the solution as needed and the pads, which I know I'll have on hand at all times.

Is very good at what she does! The only way I could clean my hardwood floors on my hands and knees after years of doing it on my knees was to use Swiffer Wet Jet

Despite the fact that it was easy to assemble, lightweight, and the right size cleaning head, I was still amazed at how easily I could maneuver it I have clean floors over all of that! You won't need to bend over on your knees anymore!.

Pads do not stay on and the device cannot be used with anything else, so it is a waste of money

There is simply no way to attach the pads. It does not offer any provision for the use of washable cloths, and even if you were to find a way to attach one, it would always wrap over the front of the head which would cover the spare nozzles, rendering As a result of the pad issue, the scary part works, but it is not effective at cleaning. If the pads stayed attached, you can't use a washable cloth with them, which is the main reason for the negative review It has a high cost and is not sustainable.
