There is a problem with the product. I must be contacted as soon as possible by the seller. I received Swaffer pads that are completely dried out and won't As I tried to get a refund for my $40 purchase, the seller didn't even provide me any information. It is definitely time for either a refund or to receive new boxes of swiffer pads in wet condition. I would appreciate if you could help me.
What are you going to do about how I said I would deliver them to you? My problem is not the pads, I'm talking about the shoes. Apparently, the boxes they arrive in were wet and falling apart. They put the boxes in a plastic bag and put it in the trash. The answer is NO NO NO!

It's the only thing I didn't like about their package, and it's a big deal to me that they sent a My first purchase was awful, so I knew how awful it was. It's better to use the fresh scent since I use it in my foster puppy room, and the vanilla/lavender does nothing to hide puppy odors. The purchase will now be local due to my disappointment.
The first time I tried these was this past weekend. The mop glided across the floor, and the pads showed some dirt removal (I always dry Swiffer before mopping). When the floor was "dry" my rubber soled slippers actually sucked as they stuck, which is alarming because I keep things extremely clean around here. In fact, I was panicking because the sponge mop had rusted so badly that I had to toss it. Where do we go from here? My floor is covered with that stuff, what can I do to get it off? My attempt at research and finding information led me to find many others complaining about the sticky residue (I could not locate a simple cellulose sponge mop for sale online, so I was literally stuck) and I I don't agree! Recently, I ordered microfiber cloths that are suitable for use with the Swiffer machine. The solution is better all around, since it is reusable, so it is more environmentally friendly. In fact, I have a full container left plus the remaining 5/8 of the one I opened. I would not give this stuff to anyone else to freak them out. I hate you.
If you could refund my money, that would be great. Sopping wet, they arrived in a state of disarray. There was apparently a problem with the shipping.
Since we always have to have a dog who carries the outside in, we always have a long-haired English Springer Spaniel. Dust and animal hair remain in the air even after sweeping with a broom or vacuuming with a vacuum with a hose After dry mopping, we found that a fine dust remained behind. We tried using the Swiffer Sweeper Wet mopping cloths which left all our hard floor surfaces clean & dust-free. I always smell fresh after a shower. Our primary reason for using Swiffer products is for a single purpose. A better picker upper is one of them.
I love the product. However, the idiotic people who delivered it left it outside As far as I can tell, the product is fine. Having ordered it twice already, I am ordering it again now. I like it a lot. The delivery people however, are not to blame.
I received the package damaged, and there were signs of liquid leaking inside. Thankfully, the pads were not all dry up, and they can still be used.
