Having owned the Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop for over a year now, I can vouch for its performance. The cleaning pad has stopped adhering to the bottom of the mop recently. My attempt to clean the little bristles on the mop only helped for a short time. I decided to call Rubbermaid customer service to see if I needed a new mop, or if just a new cleaning pad would do. It is said that over time, the fibers in the cleaning pad wear out and get so gunked up with debris that you just need to replace it. I was excited to discover that Amazon carries the mop and the refill cleaning pads that my Walmart no longer carries, so I was happy to find this one pack on It is the best mop I have used and I do not intend to switch to another brand. Sometimes we just wet the pad with a small amount of water and move it around using our feet to quickly clean small areas. There is a large path in front of it and it is very wide.

These mop pads are my favorite mop pads because I am always cleaning. It takes me one day to clean my entire house with the Reveal Clean system, and I bought extra mop pads to do it When these pads are very wet, they don't work as well, so I generally use one pad per room. I use a mixture of water and cleaning solution to spray the floors, so these pads get wet from that as well. Even though I've put them through the wash and dry cycle numerous times, they still work just fine. After about a year's worth of weekly wash cycles, I prefer to use newer pads, but only because I am a cleaning perfectionist. The pads should last at least a year when regularly cleaned in the washing machine.

Hint Because I don't want the fibers to be coated with dryer sheets, I don't use them. Do not use fabric softener during the wash cycle or place the pads directly in the dryer. By washing pads with fluffy towels, I also ruined a few. Upon contact with the microfiber on the pad, the towel fibers stick, creating a messe.
