They do not advertise the straw brushes as far as I can tell, so I am not sure why they do not. Also, the main brush is also very soft. The metal wire of the brush is very bendable, making it difficult to force it past a certain point because it's not quite I was also surprised by how soft the brushes are compared to my expectations. I'd describe it as slightly softer than a toothbrush, although the bristles are also spread out a bit more and it isn't quite as rigid.

The product is not suitable for cleaning the drain in a shower. There is a problem with the brush being too small. The snake is far too flimsy for any leverage to be gained for forcing it through a drain pipe and removing debris. Your money will be wasted if you do this. Does not meet the stated purpose and deserves zero stars.

The pipe in my aquarium filter is oddly shaped, and I needed a tool that was stiff enough and flexible enough to get into it and clean it. There was no way to get this brush around the tight corner, but I cannot fault the brush purely for that. The same cannot be said for any other method. Although it is outdated, it is still Rather than using the big end, I will use the small end to clean hoses on my hydration packs on the bike. The brush heads should be attached to one shaft so that it is more convenient to use.

This is so much better than that giant drain cleaner, but I would recommend using it in a sink rather than a bath tub. When I pushed it down the bathroom sink, so much gunk came back that I had to keep doing it until there was nothing left. I was shocked by how much trash was in the basement! The product is excellent.

This will work if you need to clean an already clean pipe. If you try to use it on something smaller than the bristle diameter, it will not penetrate. It is like a spring, that curls up if there is ANY pressure applied. The dryer vent may work as long as it is wide and smooth. The possibility exists. The bristles are made of super soft nylon. Soft is the key word. There is no way I can comprehend how this could clear up anything or open up anything. Opinions are garbage, which is why we shouldn't trust them.

A little less flexibility in the wire would make the long brush a lot more efficient. A specific purpose motivated me to purchase this product Degrease and clean the inside of the upper and lower parts While it worked well, the wire kept folding as I had to repeatedly push down the brush. In the past, I have used small brushes to clean bicycle disk brakes. I imagine it would be a similar scenario for a drain cleaning project. Their purpose was perfectly suited to those devices. I give this product four stars because it worked well and did not fall apart.

As soon as I received it, I was surprised at how small and fragile it seemed (flimsy). In my case, the vacuum cleaner had been bought to clean out a partially blocked dishwasher vacuum line (from the air gap to the garbage disposal). In spite of the small diameter of the wire, the brush worked quickly and easily.

If you plan to do the same thing, be sure to wrap a paper towel around the brush as you pull it out, otherwise the bristles will spray dirt everywhere.
