Despite its favorable reviews, I was disappointed with the product. The bottle arrived bent and empty, as there was zero cleaning solution in the bottle, meaning I could not use it. There may have been leakage at the top of the package due to it being wet (and it hadn't rained). In light of the poor quality of the support products that came with the Hoover Powerdash Pet vacuum I purchased, I am considering returning it.
