The Rules Have Been Revised! It no longer functions as it did previously

I use this product to remove mold and mildew from my shower, but due to a recent formula change, it no longer has the foaming ability or cleaning power that it once did; instead, it applies like water with no foam and does not remove any mold or mildew. It just flows like water down the shower wall. I've asked for a refund and informed the manufacturer that their current product is completely useless.
