The bottle was leaking profusely, resulting in the loss of a significant amount of product. The bottle was cracked despite the fact that the carton was not damaged. I would like to return if I could, but I am unable to do so. I'd like a refund for the money I paid for a half-empty bottle.

Despite the fact that this is a great product, the packaging isn't up to par. The containers, whether wrapped or loose in a box, caused the cleaning product to leak at the bottom of the box.
I really wish they'd make a push button that sprays out the exact amount you need because arthritis prevents you from moving your hands as freely as you used to.
