No, I found a cleaner for granite countertops that makes them shine like new. It's called Puracy, and it's an all-natural all-purpose cleaner. Without rinsing, it shines brilliantly.

In our bathroom, we recently installed a marble counter top. This brought out the grey and gave it a beautiful shine, as well as appearing to protect it from stains.
It had no effect on the marble, as I had anticipated. I wanted to get rid of at least some of the blemishes and rings that had accumulated over time. I knew not to use acid on marble, but it didn't even remove water marks, so it was a complete waste of money in my opinion. This was used to polish the marble countertop in my bathroom. It did not remove white wrings from wet glasses or cups as I had hoped. The counter, on the other hand, was a little brighter. I'll most likely need a product that's designed for etching on surfaces.

The counters have a smooth, non-greasy feel to them. My granite comes in a variety of colors, ranging from light to dark, and it looks great on any surface. Keep in mind that this is not suitable for use on floors because it will make the tile too slippery.
