I'm not sure, but I'm confident that it will work. And the best part is that the water in your shower beads up for several days. Our shower, on the other hand, has never returned to its previous state of scum and cloudiness. My daughter's shower was even worse than ours, and she, too, has become addicted. To get the glass clean the first time, you'll need to rub vigorously and repeat the process a few times. After that, staying clean is a piece of cake. This is a company about which I have no knowledge. I was looking for an answer and after about two hours of searching, I came up with a solution. I spent 5 hours looking for this product and reading the reviews. I'm sold. It's been about 7 months since we've used it. I'll never use another product again.
Hello, Beth. I am the mother of a 12-year-old daughter. Hard water and an old stainless-steel sink I've always used dish soap and a teflon-coated sponge to clean the sink. Except for a few rust stains (left behind by old utensils), I used a safe scrubbing sponge and it did a good job. I decided to test the CLR bio-marker after receiving notification of your question. My sink is clean. Results: There are no stains at all! As a result, my response is "yes, it works." I hope you find this test to be beneficial! Marilyn
This worked wonders on removing acid water spots from my car windows. It takes a little elbow grease to remove spots, but it works well and smells nice.
The green bottle isn't my cup of tea, but the CRLaurance is fantastic.

I recently had a window pane replaced, and when I asked the installer what he recommended, he said to use Bio-Guard. Clean. With a plastic mesh, I used a damp dish/pot scrubber sponge. In a circular motion, scrub. Allow the haze to settle in. Then, using a damp terry cloth, rub in a circular motion. Allow the haze to settle in. Buff it out with a clean terry cloth. Years of dirt and hard water film/stain were removed by this method. My windows have become gleaming and crystal clear. It's a little pricey, but it's effective. It was well worth the money. I ordered two more bottles for spring cleaning in the future.
Clean, I've had no luck clearing or cleaning deposits from 85-year-old single-pane outside windows, which have some streaking from metal frame oxidation runoff, etc. br>br>First products tried: "Bio Clean Hard Water Remover," "CRL "Sparkle" Cleaner and Stain Remover," and "Winsol Crystal Clear 550" are some of the products available. The Winsol CC 550 had the smallest impact, with the other two having similar results. , a very small amount. br>br>I'm overjoyed to have finally found a solution for these old panes, as well as our glass panes in lead mullions, which would be illegal to replace! Finally! br>br>Please note that a photo of a treated vs. untreated rat has been uploaded. A Tudor-style steel casement window with an untreated window pane.
I had intended to order the CRL treatment for my shower walls, floor, and glass doors, which I have been using for years. Everything still looks brand new twelve years after it was installed. Anyway, I ordered this by accident and used it to remove water spots from my stainless steel kitchen sink, which it did quickly. Scrubbing with a soft cloth isn't going to cut it. I bought it for my brother, who was dealing with a badly stained fiberglass shower/tub. He had exhausted all other options and had lost hope. He said it took a lot of rubbing and was a big job, but it completely removed all of the stains and discoloration, and the fiberglass now looks brand new. Absolutely fantastic! Both of these products should be in every household. Next, I'm going to try it with a sliding door. The first two photos demonstrate the difference between the cleaned and unclean parts of the shower wall and tub, while the third photo depicts the tub after it has been thoroughly cleaned. Amazing!.
I bought this a few years ago, but when it finally arrived, I didn't need it because it had been lost in the mail for several weeks. After ten years, my stainless steel kitchen sink had lost its luster. I first used a cleaner designed specifically for stainless steel, and then I discovered barkeeper's friend. Even though the appearance had improved, it was still drab. I decided to give it a shot, and the outcome was fantastic! The cleaner starts out as a gel, but it quickly transforms into a mild abrasive, so I made sure to go against the grain of the sink. It took some elbow grease to get rid of the hard water stains that had built up over the years, but it did an excellent job in the end!.
Full disclaimer: I've been on a shower door glass cleaning mission for quite some time and have tried EVERYTHING online! It was Bill, not Cynthia, who wrote the review. I rarely write reviews because I have no stake in the outcome (except for the money I left on the shower door), I had a lot of water spots and filmy glass, and I paid full price for everything. The same review can be found for the CRL Bio- Stain Remover that is both clean and effective. I finally got the shower door spotless and looking brand new with the RotoScrub drill accessories and the CRL paste stain remover! This is the real deal; don't waste your time or money on "You Tube How To's" (I've already squandered plenty of both for you) and instead order these two items. You won't be sorry, and depending on the size of your glass, you'll be finished in an hour.
I had my doubts, but I also needed to remove 5 years of hard water stains that other products claimed to remove but didn't. Our water has a high solids content, which leaves hard water stains on everything unless it is dried thoroughly after use. Everything from Calcium Lime to Rust Remover to Acid was ineffective in removing all of the stains. With just a bottle of this, I'm almost as good as new. It only receives four stars because it necessitates the use of an electronic buffer to complete the task. I tried scrubbing by hand, but it took an eternity to clean just one spot. With the help of an electric buffer, I was able to get rid of the hard water stains with little effort. The most serious issue I had was that whenever I bared my teeth in a few places, it scuffed the glass. So far as I can tell, an electric buffer and buffing compound would be preferable, but this appeared to work just fine.
I believe this is the second time I've ever written an Amazon review. I don't usually write reviews, but this product is deserving of one. I just cleaned a metal shower door frame that had been covered in lime deposits for TEN YEARS - I had convinced myself that the deposits would never be removed. The quality of our drinking water is appalling. I also cleaned the glass doors, which had been covered in lime for at least five years. Nothing has ever worked in the past. Yes, some "elbow grease" is required, but not excessively so. I did try soaking a small towel in white vinegar and letting it sit on the lower door frames for a while to soften the lime scale first, which seemed to help with the really thick deposits. br>br>I am not an obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or a hoarder. My shower now looks brand new, despite the fact that I despise cleaning. STRONGLY suggested. I wasn't paid to say this, by the way.
I'd tried everything else and this was the last one that worked. br>br>It arrived slightly spilled, as if it hadn't been properly closed, but since it was only a small amount, I kept it. You should use a dry cloth to apply it; I used a textured sponge. And you have to put in some effort; I used the wax on wax method and it miraculously removed all marks. br>br>I wholeheartedly endorse it!.
