My son found a very strange creature after very harsh exams. Buying these wet push mops at a big box retailer didn't make good use in less than a few sessions; they continued to break on contact. Finally found the most affordable and enduring wet mop version I could hope for. With Rubbermaid Hygen's commercial version, this mop doesn't have weak joints that can cause the ithout this mop that doesn't have weak joints that will break easily (like the cheap big box store wet mops). Because of taxes, I won't have $400 for this mop with only this handle and base. My wallet paid $19 for the handle. As my 17 inch base would be $18 when purchased in combination with $00 (Hygen Handle B000GAXLIW). This is a 17-inch Hygen base. An exchange rate of 1. 0050KCOB4Y or greater is effective. For $12 more, I purchased a few alternate microfiber mop pads instead of the high cost of Hygen mop pads. An unused 99-cent credit can be used to purchase a digital recorder. The mop pad was also well-received by me. The overall beauty of this wet mop is, along with its resuable properties, you can count on it to last.
I use this mop in my job as a housekeeper in a hospital. It is used as a mop as well as a sweeper, no sweeping beforehand required unless you are using it on tiles that do have grout ( dirt and hair accumulate in the tiles). For cleaning floors properly, it was my favorite item as it has been durable, extremely useful, and easy. My personal goal was to purchase one for myself. It does take quite a while for the pads to wear out, since they act like Velcro around the mop, but that's not to be taken for granted.
Nevertheless, I knew buying it would be expensive and it is. I am impressed with their quality. They aren't even comparable to those stylish swiffers and other nice clothes my wife purchases at the mall. However, I do not know who they are supposed to cater to or how they are constructed. Where are the really short guys men and women? Teenagers with no if's haven't hit puberty? Due to the length of this product, it extends well for user convenience. It is hard for me to be bothered by the connector to the head, i think that it looks plastic. As far as we know, no problem has been encountered. Windows would love it. The epoxy coating keeps the mops up better in my garage since I have this coating. My baby can jump around in that place without getting covered in sand dust, I wouldn't say that.
I reviewed it on my other review. A nice feeling is provided by the extension pole. It should work well with other Rubbermaid tools as well. It is made up of long poles with good traction on difficult terrains. An easy twist adjustment is available. Cleaning products compatible with the press could be removed and attached easily.
Replace the squirt bottles with mops - Rubbermaid, Lysol, Swiffer, and even more unfortunately, fail at starting squirts. It isn't necessary to replace the squirt bottle mop with another. Rubbermaid commercial item line includes this quick connect rod. You can add both a wet mop scrubber and an iron to the space, with no squirt bottle to worry about. This will work just as well indoors as under furniture. You can carry your own cleanser and bottle on hand. You can also make your own, if you wish. You will not have to deal with a mop in the future. And btw - A hospital or other institutional settings use this for nurses and other clinicians.
The best way I can recommend this product. . . After using this product for two years, decided to buy one for my house, I'm very satisfied with what I found. In addition to adjusting the handle to a particular height, I like the fact that the bottom pivots to fit the corner. It's well worth the money, much to my surprise. FYI- If you'd like them to arrive in two pieces, you need to order them separately. Separate pieces of the handle and base can be purchased.
Having a weird connection at the end on this handle will prevent anything I bought from Amazon from fitting. Two were given out and did not tell me about the issue for several months after I bought them. In the meantime, I bought another. Now is too late for you to return. You should not assume the product is fit for anything you've got or intend to purchase. I used two markers that I purchased from an online store to fill in the driveway.
