For a small cost, I bought holders that required drilling holes, but what I needed was just what I ordered. This is a quick and easy process. This tool was used to mount some small RV tools to keep them out of the way, but to enable quick access. An adhesive mount from 3M started lifting, but just with an alcohol pad, I was able to clean the surface and re-install it Installed and have had no issues. Decided to mount on the wall without drilling. The 3M adhesive is strong enough to mount items without drilling.
