As far as I am aware, it doesn't include a size chart. When I ordered Med, lg, and extra large, I didn't see one. A large size is best for me, as the mediums are a bit snug (I gave them to my girlfriend who is petite). As far as I know, the xl work well for my husband, who is on the heavy side.
