Battery, that's all there is to say about it. The expiration date on mine is 12 months Although I paid a little more for these than I would have for other batteries, they were made in Malaysia, not the USA as advertised. The next time I buy a vacuum cleaner, I'll buy the Ray O Vacbrand, which is made in Malaysia rather than the Vacbrand. It is quite likely they were all produced at the same factory.
