It arrived in November 2019 with an expiration date of December 2020 at the correct time and in excellent condition! purchase a new battery, I usually find out from the date on the battery that it has between 5 and 7 years left. I bought an older battery at a local store that was of the same brand

The battery looks like it was returned to someone, shipped to me, then sat on their shelf for a while. There was a beat up and dust inside the package when I opened it. There is a slight difference in voltage between my son's new package and the one he bought from the My son's are much cheaper, but I believe they will not last as long.

When we received them, the batteries were dead

I found both batteries dead when I got there. You need to place each one in a carbon monoxide tester that is beeping and has a low battery. There was no life in the new one when it was placed in it. I have tried both of them Their bodies both lay in the ground. The whole thing was a waste.

The claim of a five year life expectancy is not true. As of 2019, the batteries are only good for another two years, ending in 2022. The ones that arrive are only good for five years. These are old stock and should not be purchased. I think Amazon should not sell these with an expiration date of 5 years as it can cause confusion.

My battery's expiration date was short

I have always liked these batteries, and have never had any issues with them. On the ones I got, the longevity date was a surprise to me. It is always claimed that it will last I received some that did not expire for a little over 3 years. That has never happened to me when I bought them at Walmart. It's the 10-pack) Therefore, I will not store them for such a long period of time. The purpose of mentioning it is just to let others know this may be a problem too. Keep that in mind if that is the case. There may have been an incident with this one time only.

Batteries that have been lying around for a long time

The batteries I received were over a year and a half old by the time I received them, based on the date stamp on them. There is no return policy for this item so I'm stuck with them. It is impossible to tell the date of manufacture until you receive the item.

This is a very expensive price for a I tried both of them and both showed no life! Then I tried to reboot the computer and both of them showed "dead!"
