Hello, I have a BE550G and it works great. I believe the height included the battery terminals, but I never double-checked because the new battery fit into the UPS case without difficulty. The battery was of excellent quality, and I was extremely pleased with both the purchase and the seller.
I purchased it and had no difficulty installing it and connecting the leads in my APC Battery Backup. When I placed my order, I had no idea the connectors might be the wrong size. I hope this has provided you with a satisfactory response to your query.

Because the UPS was in charge of our modem, router, and other electronics, the failure put me in a precarious position. Connections to VoIP phones (all of which are extremely important to us). We needed to fix the problem as soon as possible, and in a reliable and cost-effective manner. The Mighty Max Battery arrived within a short period of time. It's flawless - Without a hitch, the installation was completed. This is a product that I would strongly recommend.
Our UPS's OEM battery finally died after 8 years. We chose a 9AH battery over the 8AH that was originally installed in our unit because it fit better and will theoretically last a little longer. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> 10/07/12: 17 months after purchase, the battery in the unit died. While unusual because I've purchased identical batteries that are still in service, I believe this was premature failure because the UPS it was in was top of the line and the oem battery lasted 8 years.
It took less than 2 minutes to complete the installation process. It's an excellent deal at less than half the cost of an OEM replacement battery, and it arrived in just over a week (more than two weeks ahead of the promised delivery date). br>I run all of my electronics equipment on UPSs, and as long as this battery lasts a reasonable amount of time, I will definitely buy from Mighty Max again!.
It was less expensive (with free shipping) than replacing my UPS with an APC RBC 110. It also has a higher capacity of 9 Ah than the stock battery, which has a capacity of 7. 5 Ah. It has the same one-year warranty as APC, but also offers a 30-day refund policy if you order the wrong size. It was more powerful and a perfect fit than the RPC battery I replaced. I wasn't sure how to respond to the longevity question because I just got it and have no idea how long it will last.
I went to a local store to replace the battery in my APC, and the price would have been much higher. I thought I'd give these batteries a shot. They appear to be working well, though I won't know for a while how long they will last because we have a lot of power outages. During the power outages, our computers continue to run, so I know they're functional.
The product arrived earlier than expected, and it only took three days to travel from the East Coast to Los Angeles. Because the terminals are not as strong as those on the original APC battery, the positive terminal falls off when the battery is inserted. After I figured out what was going on, I was able to use a tool to ensure that the positive cable remained connected, and then pushed on the negative terminal once the battery was in the APC case. I would have given it five stars if the terminals were a bit longer or the clip was different.
