There is no "use by" date on the package or the batteries, but the year is printed on the back of the package in the bottom left corner, so I assume it was manufactured in that year. The package says 2014, and I bought it on January 14, 2016. I'm not sure how long the battery will last, but I've bought these before; the most recent purchase was on May 21, 2013, and the package was dated 2012. Those batteries have never needed to be replaced. I bought them in January, just in case. Both purchases were made from the same seller, "MYBATTERYSUPPLIER," and the prices did not change significantly. The price was $3 in 2013. It was $3 this year, compared to $26 the previous year. There were no shipping or tax charges in either case. I'd buy from Amazon and this seller again in a heartbeat.

I bought a pack of batteries in 2014, and there were three left when I ordered these). This battery comes with two (2) batteries. In the same remote, each battery lasted about a week. I only got these a month ago, and both batteries have already died.
There are no refunds or replacements available. I was dissatisfied to say the least. For my garage door opener, I purchased this item. It was not powered by either of the two batteries. A battery tester revealed that the batteries were dead. There are no refunds or replacements available from the seller. You might as well set fire to your cash on your front porch. There is no date on the battery that indicates when it will be replaced.
😡. It was very disappointing to receive batteries that were only good for three months. When you buy batteries, you usually get about five years out of them.

It's all in the title. Since moving in a year ago, we haven't used the garage door opener. Once, I made the mistake of purchasing the incorrect battery. I learned how to program the remote by searching for information on YouTube. It is less expensive to buy two A23 batteries online than in a store. The packaging was ridiculous and I didn't like it. But aside from that, I'm happy. I just put one in the remote a few minutes ago, and it worked after some fiddling with the system and sensors! I can't say for sure how long these batteries will last, but I'll keep you updated if they do.
The batteries must be used by March of 2021, according to the packaging. They were only purchased at the end of January 2021, and the Amazon page doesn't specify a "use by" date, so you have no idea how old the batteries are. This purchase will be a waste of money and time if the installed battery dies in March 2021 or shortly thereafter; new batteries should have a shelf life of at least 5 years.

On Amazon, you can get a pack for a really good price. These are the batteries that I use in my wireless doorbell buttons. The original batteries that came installed in these buttons were Energizer batteries, and they lasted a long time (about four years, maybe a little longer), so I'm hoping for a similar lifespan from these. So far, everything has gone well! You can buy with confidence.
