While I know this question is old, I thought I would give you my two cents just to see if you are still interested or if I can be of help to anyone If the crotch of these underwear is tight against your skin, leaking is much less likely to occur. the sizes covered vary in length and width, most women will have a different fit than the other women, and they can also stretch out after some time. I noticed that I had more leaks when I wore pants that were looser, which allowed them to sag. Over time, I have started wearing regular pants over top of these underwear, which keeps them tighter against my skin no matter how tight or loose my pants might be. This has allowed me to have only a few leaks since I began doing it.
Those are what I use, plus a bed protector in my bed and on my chair to contain any leaks. Perhaps it would be easier to use adult diapers if you are changing someone else with this problem then there would be no need to slide the diaper
Neither of my parents uses an incontinence pad with their underwear.

It has been many years since I battled incontinence. Having my bladder suspended, receiving a plastic insertable, and using the heaviest pads - sometimes 2 at a time - before trying these - none of them worked I can finally wear jeans without worrying about wet legs. When I bought these briefs I was reluctant to try anything that might resemble a diaper, but I got desperate because I couldn't find anything I liked. could manage with just one a day, but then all I would be doing is at home. I place a pad on top if I plan on going out for an extended period of time. When you're 78, it doesn't matter if you have the prettiest briefs, because what they do is more important. I like how comfortable these are and how well The product that is sold by discreet is a nicer looking one, but less of them are included in the package. You shouldn't let anything stand in the way of your dreams. This is a very good brief. I highly recommend it.
