If you have a racing mind, the soothing sounds will whisk you away to Dreamland. After trying out the dreamegg "lullaby tune" the night before, you'll laugh when you wake up rested. (Which my puppy and I thoroughly enjoyed. ) On that note, the Dreamegg is excellent for listening to while doing homework or paperwork, as well as while reading. It's not just for babies; any child, baby, pet, or adult who has trouble concentrating or falling asleep would benefit from it. Overall, it will put you to sleep as if you were a sedated baby inside an egg. br>Cons: Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the brightness of the light. There are only two settings: on or off, and the light isn't bright enough to be used as a reading light. It is, first and foremost, a nightlight. Given its size, you'd think it'd be able to simulate more light or have the ability to plug in an MP3 player. The sound quality isn't great, but it's adequate; it's not a deal-breaker, but if sound quality is important to you, you should: Connect it to a different speaker and listen to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. The sounds in the "White noise" category are all very similar, and I can't tell them apart. However, if you're one of those people who can only fall asleep listening to the soothing sounds of the TV after the tape has finished, you're in luck. You seem to be on your way to the woods. I use that one for my baby every night and set the timer to go off after an hour. Because I'm a light sleeper, I keep mine turned on all night. I can honestly say that since I've started using this product, I've gotten more deep sleep, which is unusual for me.
I've tried a few and they've all gotten the same rating of one star because the sounds are terrible, looping, or the sound quality is terrible. This one performs admirably and appears to be constructed from high-quality materials. I only wish they had a consistent rain sound; it's the only thing I'm missing. I'm not going to count the music because it's not even necessary. br>Nice light that isn't too harsh. Thank you, God. A large number of them don't. br>It's heavy and has a lot of weight to it. It is not going to slide around. br>Nice bass, but bass isn't really required for these sounds. a newborn asleep This tiny sound machine far exceeded my wildest dreams! When I brought my third newborn home in three years, I bought this for next to my bed. I couldn't stand the sound of my old machine, which I ordered on Amazon; I prefer my Brookstone, which I keep in my other baby's room. br>This has quickly become my new favorite! First and foremost, the white noise is perfect; the other noises are nice as well, but I only use white noise; and my favorite part is the light; it's a glow and exactly what I need for baby at night. My husband and I didn't have to walk up the stairs because it was dark enough. The sound comes from the bottom and is extremely relaxing. This purchase has made my day!.
