I chose this product right away, as I was so thrilled to stumble upon it. There's a nightlight, and I love that, but I don't like that it rarely connects to the app on my phone, meaning that I can't change the settings. It doesn't matter where I am and it still fails to connect. This is frustrating.
Update - the company reached out to me a day or two after I shared my previous remarks. After using a few troubleshooting approaches, they sent me a new unit, no questions asked. In a few weeks, I will update this review after I receive the replacement and have it set up. My review has been changed from 2 stars to 3 stars due to the excellent customer service that I received. Due to both devices failing to work, I have decided to downgrade my review to 1 star. I completed my contact with the company this week and am requesting a refund. *Update - I bought this item on July 18 and it has now been delivered on February 19. I can no longer adjust the volume (currently too low) or the brightness (currently too high) of the light. The item has stopped connecting with the app all together, and therefore is now useless. The last thing I will say about this product is that it was really cool and useful for a short time while it worked, but the units didn't seem to last.

My mind was blown by the diverse array of sounds - It's hard to choose a favorite setting, but I enjoy nature, fan, and brown noise the most. I felt a sense of well-being during the At the moment, I like it best when it runs through lots of bright colors. Yes, I would use this while traveling as well. Now, I'm using it in my studio, sometimes alone and sometimes in conjunction with other sound generators, since this is an extremely noisy amount of complexity. There is only my tortoiseshell colleague and me here, however, I can imagine that the Kinder would be ideal in a nursery, as it was intended for. In any case, the company is eager to help, if and when needed, and is still working on the app to improve control of the device, which I understand. However, the functions I most often use in the app are already functioning, which is fine.

I have gone through a lot of Lectrofans because they are the noisiest fans I have ever seen for the sound machine. It seems that they start breaking after a year or two. I thought this simpler and cheaper version might be valuable since we don't use any of the special sounds that come with the regular version. There was, however, an obnoxious extra buzzing crackling noise from the moment it was unpacked. There was a noticeable difference when I chose the lower register sound option, which is the only pitch my kids will hear. There is too much harshness in the higher register. This item would have been a perfect fit for my needs, but I'm so disappointed. I returned home.

The concept of this product is good, but there are a lot of problems. If you are putting your baby down to sleep and you are unable to turn on or turn up the volume of the gadget because it won't connect (as it seems to happen a lot), there should be an option to turn on and off nightlight and volume. It would be better for the night light to just turn on when it gets dark, unless you turn it off in the In the beginning, I loved this product so much, but now I just can't handle it. It won't turn on my night light because the device won't connect, which I know is not my phone's fault because my Fitbit is connecting just fine. I cannot turn up the volume either and it's not loud enough to drown out the loud sounds right now. I'm so exhausted, and as a parent who just spent several thousands of dollars on something that was promising, it should have worked, instead of causing me more frustration and anxiety. Moreover, I was unaware that this gadget would emit radiation, though I suppose that is what you get from most technological advances today. The use of this product would be a bad idea for those who don't want to deal with more stress than they are already.
