Having purchased four of these masks for myself and my family, we have been using them together for one week now. In addition to using devices (I use an Oura Ring and my family uses Whoop) to track our sleep each night, this mask was highly recommended by a well known Podcaster, so I thought we would give them a try and see the difference on our sleep quality I thought that the Mask was rather bulky at first glance. For each photo, the top mask is a normal mask and the bottom is the Mindfold mask). it has to be said that the mask did an AMAZING job blocking out the Even in well-lit rooms, we did not see a single ray of light when wearing these masks. Especially considering that the heads of my family members are all different shapes and sizes, I was surprised that this mask fit each one of them. I found that neither my children nor I found the masks comfortable, and all except my youngest found that the straps irritated the top of the ear where it For this reason, we had to move the strap up higher on the head. However, the strap would not stay in place and would move back down throughout the night. For the band to keep from sliding, we had to make it fairly tight around the head. This is effective, but is On a scale of 0-100, 100 is the highest With the mask on, I have not received a score greater than 80 over the past six months The score after last night's game was 71-66 I have recorded my sleep quality at its lowest point since I started recording it). We were really shocked by this result given that the mask effectively blocks out 100% of the light. There were no other factors that could have affected our sleep cycle, so I assumed the uncomfortableness of the mask (strap and inside foam) contributed to our lack of rest. I'm going to experiment more with the mask to see if I can increase its level of comfort, and I'll post an update once I've found a solution.
You can't beat this. Don't waste any time looking elsewhere. Himalayan Singing Bowl treatments are the main thing I do with them. They are also good for spiritual growth. With your eyes open, you will be able to see the images before you. I am amazed!.
There was no point in spending money on this. In the first place, the item was in a tattered bag with a broken seal. Even though everything in the bag seemed to have been opened, the contents were in pristine condition. There is a number one alert A sticker on the outside of the bag The word "Try me" means "try me". In other words, the consumer would be able to open the bag and check it out, and then if they didn't like it, place it back inside! There's nothing really NEW about this Does it mean that it has never been worn, but it could have other germs? The light appears to enter from the sides of the device after several uses. In order to block the light from entering, you need to lift the strap on the back of your head higher than normal and tighten it a bit more than normal. I almost feel like I am doing a school project because the materials are really cheap. It's easy to make them, just buy some foam at Michael's or Hobby Lobby, some black plastic backing, some glue, and some garment elastic bands, and you're ready to go. There is no lie about my photos (see them all). My friend recommended this brand to me, so I bought it. The were wrong by a long shot! In the middle of the night, the Plastic is oversized and uncomfortable. After some time, the foam will deteriorate (looks tattered It looks like memory foam, not actual I paid around $8 for it. For those looking for quality, comfort, and construction, you would be better off getting the Orihea which looks like a "mini bra" (I own them both) and is more affordable. Both of the kits are included in the pictures below, decide which one looks more comfortable and which one looks better. This was a nice review, I hope you liked it. Be aware of what I'm warning you about. Please accept my sincere thanks.
Probably at least 15 years have passed since I first slept with a blindfold/sleep mask. In addition to bandanas, I have also used anti-bacterial ones and homemade ones advertisement for manta and thought the price tag to try it was too high. So I came here looking for a cheaper alternative to see if I should switch to a mask with padded holes. have not been using this product more than a couple months but it has already shown significant results. It still works well, but I have to warp my fingers when wearing it, and I can open my eyes comfortably. There is a complete blackout, and I do not rub my eyes with the fabric. On one occasion, I was awoken suddenly and forgot that I had the mask on and initially thought the power went out since there were no lights on everywhere. But I quickly It seemed since the plastic and foam in the front was in such poor condition that maybe it was time for an "upgrade" to a real The only thing I would change about the mindfold mask is that I got that in the mail today (pictured with my used mindfold). Having that on hand has greatly increased my enthusiasm for the
I myself have not encountered any issues with the plastic front piece hitting my cheeks or anything similar, and the stretching of the foam doesn't loosen access to light at all. Despite having a flat face, I have a round nose, which could cause problems with the plastic part.
