There are several ways in which you can use this It sounds like it would be cooler after being in the fridge, but it is just like putting any old sleep mask in the fridge, it starts off cold, then warms back up, they have no special features that keep them cool like a gel lining, anything like that. -The fabric was coarse and cheap, and it was hideous.
