Questions & Answers
On a plate, I placed my mask. It just so happens that my plate is made of ceramic. It is not required to be enclosed, and in fact, I believe it would be preferable if it were not. It quickly heats up on the microwave plate and becomes extremely hot.
It was light and airy, and I enjoyed it. To warm my left eye, I folded it in half. I pressed it against my skin even more. Please don't cook it for more than two minutes or the flax seeds inside will become very fragrant; also, never put the buckle side UP because it will burn and ruin the mask (I did this the first week and had to toss it) because I was sleepy and forgot.
If you bought this item more than a year ago, yes. The pouch can be removed from the mask via a slot. A few months ago, I bought the exact same product. It's a new mask. The pouch has been designed and sealed completely. There is no way to get rid of the inner pouch. I was only interested in the mask, not the contents, and the only aspect of this product that appealed to me was the lovely purple fabric. I exchanged the older version for the newer one. When the manufacturer says "dry cleaning," I'm not sure how to clean this product. You won't be able to dry clean a pillow.
No, you are not required to wet it. The flaxseed material provides moisture when heated in the microwave. I hope this has been of assistance.

I like the mask, but I prefer to keep it clean by placing a Kkeenex between my skin and the mask. Heat and moisture are two factors that must be considered. comes across perfectly well.
The other heat patch I was using only provided heat, whereas this one appears to provide the moist heat I require. I like how soft the material is on the product; it makes the process more enjoyable. One reviewer complained that it says it will make your eyes blurry for a short period of time, which it should because the heat opens up your tear ducts and releases the natural oils that prevent dry eye. Since switching to this product, my eyes have felt a lot better.
He essentially said that the heat would lubricate my eyelids by opening the oil secreting glands. br>br>Last night, I used it. I intend to use it once more tonight. Today my eyes are feeling a lot better. It's a warm, moist heat that smells good thanks to the flax seed in it, and it's very soothing to have on your eyes at nice. br>br>The minky exterior is also very nice, and the adjustment strap is just right; it's not at all uncomfortable to wear.
Psoreatic arthritis has resulted in blespheritis in me. I bought this mask a week ago, and it's fantastic. It's well-made, very comfortable, and after only a few "uses," my inflammation and tearing have subsided. I was afraid it would "dry" my eyes, but it left them feeling wonderfully refreshed and moist, and it was so relaxing to use that I almost fell asleep while using it. I recommended it to a sjogren's patient, who is now purchasing one. This is an excellent item.
This is a lovely product: soft, the right size, and just the right amount of filling. Each of my daughter and I has one, and we both adore them. They benefit the eyes and sinuses at the same time.
This eye mask was also very soft and comfortable, which was ideal for me because I have a small face and other styles are too wide for me.
I can't speak to the item's durability just yet, but I've had it for a few weeks and am very happy with it. As far as I can tell, all of the seams are securely sewn, and there is ample filling without being overstuffed. It does give off a pleasant, moist heat. You won't feel any moisture on your skin, but you won't get the dry, itchy feeling that comes with using genuinely dry heat. It's simply a joy to use, and the fabric is lovely and soft.
