As a sleeping aid, it is important to me. The product I bought is awesome. When it says it does what it says, it does what it says. One tip, if you don't wear it long enough, in the morning either take a towel and soak it in hot water and place it against your nose, or take a piece of cloth and soak it in hot water as well. If you want to take it off in the shower, do so. Take a hot shower and allow the water to run over your face while concentrating it over your nose for about five minutes. Peel it off starting on one side and then on the other. You'll end up peeling off your skin with it. If you peel from one side, you'll end up peeling off your skin.
Since years ago, I have been using the small/medium strips from breathe rite tan. Among the issues I had with them were 1) they left a sore spot on my nose, so I covered part of the strip with paper tissue and 2) they left sticky residue on my nose that was difficult to get rid of. Both of these drawbacks are not present with these large clear strips. There is never a sore spot or a hard-to-clean stain when they are applied Make sure all residue is removed. Using them works just as well as using tanning I just ordered a second box of them after trying them. I am very happy.
