It is so disappointing that I am not even going to give it a The product has repeatedly been a source of complaint for me. On your site, there is a photo of a different product than what you received. It was a Medsource product that was delivered, not an Airlife product as shown in the picture. It appears that the trash mask was sent with several issues. During the last appointment his RN told me that the mask had broken apart while on his neck while he had a tracheostomy. Her hope was that all her parts would be recovered. Previously, I have complained that the ties fell apart, plastic bended, snaps fell off, and the ties were too short. I understand you promised to send only Airlife products. Could you please let me know how to proceed with returning this item?.
