The straps are attached to each side by Velcro. I change my own straps when necessary.
It is most likely that each will cost that much. This product can be purchased for $16 at MedEquip Depot. For one box of 12, it costs $99 Your help is greatly appreciated!
Each shoe is packed with 12 individuals. I have a 17 1/2 neck size, so it fits perfectly.

A foam trach tie is what I like best. It is however ridiculous to pay such a high price for this item. The price for $7 seemed like a great deal, but not when I was told I was only getting one tie.
For a single collar, they charged me eight dollars. This is a waste of time!.
I like them as they are soft and easy to use. I appreciate it.
They aren't thick enough to hold a trach in place. Having worn the shirt for four days, my neck could feel the rough Velcro hooks. My tie would still look great even if I got a new one. There was an area on my neck where the rough hooks of the velcro rubbed against it. To keep the tie from falling out, I tried to put 4x4 fabric underneath. My tie was worn out, so I had to buy a new one. The pain in my neck has not gone away.
The size large takes care of friction burns on your neck since the velcro fasteners scratch the wide part of the collar because the collar is wide and the velcro fasteners are short.
I like the way it works and it is.
