I would rate not even one star for these since we are useless. The reason I ordered these was because I thought they would work with my husband's trach, but I have since learned that they are made for newborns and premature babies. There are so few of them. I guess this is the diameter of a spaghetti noodle and that it is short, so it cannot be used for deep suction on an adult. That said, if you have a tiny baby you might like it for suction- Although I doubt these would be suitable for adults. If they don't accept returns, they will not work. the product is not yet opened (this would be one thing if it has been tampered with but if it is unopened what is the problem) . We would only lose the money we spent on the incorrectly described item.
