I have used a number of trach collars, and these are the best I have used. There is a nice padding in them, making them comfortable. These are more convenient to use than other brands because of the one-piece design.

Ties and collars of good quality

Trach ties of this quality are very large, but they are very tough and Furthermore, they are very comfortable, my wife and I prefer them to (Having to get used to trach gear takes some time. The socks don't make him sweat or irritate his skin.

The one he got from the hospital he disliked more than these. It can be adjusted, so if it fits too tightly he can move it around. I just untied it and stuck it back. My guess is that he washed and let them air dry without causing any damage. We received it in good time and it was what we had.

There is no adjustment on the holder

My dad's shoes were too big for them. That's why I have to return them. People recommended selecting a size but I wasn't given the option to choose, and they shipped size L. Unless the piece is cut up and put back together, there is no way to adjust its size. Despite what I expected, this product did not meet my expectations, so I promptly returned it.
