Get pills that last longer by spending the extra money. There is no way to use them since they came in a solid lump. The samples went in the freezer in hopes they would separate, but they did not. ordered into this site before, and it was fine for me, so I'll give it I did return it but it was too much hassle and too much hassle to do so.
