My experience with pain/sleep aid products has been varied, but I have never dealt with something as effective as It makes me sleepy and I have deep sleeps when I take two at a time. It is no longer permissible to have them while you are sleeping. Driving or doing risky work cannot be done while they are in your possession. Make sure you get enough sleep, as if you don't get enough sleep, you will wake up very sleepy. It's perfectly fine if some people disagree with each and every part of that as we react differently to meds.
Those pills help me fall asleep within 45 minutes to an hour of taking them - I have trouble falling asleep at night. After taking the medication in the morning, no side effects occurred.
I like taking Advil PM before I sleep to get a good night's rest. Sleeping with this aid helps me not only fall asleep more quickly but also stay asleep for longer. My favorite way to relax after an intense day is to listen to this.
As I had hoped, it does what it is supposed to do This helps ease my shoulder pain (from a torn rotator cuff) and helps me sleep well at night. If it was possible to keep that sleep though an eight hour night, I wish it would. I am often awakened by my bladder at some point during the night (two or three times), but the pain is muted and as a result I am not always groggy awake during the night My sleep schedule is almost always seven to eight hours, and sometimes nine or even ten. And no, I'm not at the mercy of an alarm clock since I'm a senior citizen.
