This helped my arthritis in my legs and knees, they are so much better, I take 4 a day and have less pain, I can walk around with less pain, I didn't know they sold arthritis pills, I will never do without them, I had to walk around with a cane but after 2 weeks no more cane if you have arthritis in your knees, please try it, it will help you, it helped me, thank God.
