The last time I reviewed for Amazon, I did not do any more. The reason is clear to them! It's not necessary for me to help you, but I want to. In order to relieve the pain of my rheumatoid arthritis, I take acetaminophen for 35 years. The Tylenol arthritis has been in my medicine cabinet ever since it was introduced. It is important that you take the acetaminophen as directed. In the long run, drinking alcohol can make you deathly ill. Within an hour to an hour and a half, I see a noticeable difference with this product. Wishing you the best of luck!

What if I have really arthritic hands? What if I can't open these bottles?

The answer to that is no. It was difficult to open for me the first time, and I don't have arthritis in my hands. My husband had to open it and I didn't close it completely, since it was hard to open by myself.

Does it take a long time for your job to begin?

My stomach can be full for 20 minutes or an hour depending on how much I have eaten.

How can I find another product like Tylanel that lasts 8 hours as well?

Currently, I am on a blood thinner so I cannot take Ibuprofen. Numerous surgeries have been performed. My doctor recommended that I try it anyway since I did not think it will help at all. A mild to moderate amount of pain did disappear with this product. I find it helps if I combine it with a pain medication when I am in a severe pain condition. 650 is the latest model. It is a hydrate of magnesium. Those who live in pain should give it a go.
