Excedrin has the pain reliever Tylenol does not, which is why I hate coffee. The product I'm using is the closest I can get to Excedrin tension until they bring it back to the shelves again.

Excedrin Tension headache relief helps to relieve tension headaches, but it's hard to get. Walgreens is the only other store selling it, but it's always sold out. It was Amazon that I turned to.
