It didn't do much for me, to be honest. To be honest, I'm astonished. As I've gotten older, I've noticed that my cramping has worsened (it's not a medical issue). I get them not only before, during, and after my period, but also when I am ovulating. I don't want to come across as a "crybaby," but I occasionally experience cramps that make me feel like I've been punched in the stomach.
