I'm not sure, but it feels very soft, similar to a cable knit sweater. Polyester, cotton, or a mixture of the two could be used.

This water bottle is adorable and appears to be well-made, but it only lasted about an hour. According to the advertisement, three people are needed to complete the project. 4 times for indoor use and 6 times for outdoor use. 8 under a quilt, but I've used mine several times with VERY hot (but not boiling) water, and this is not the case. It's also a lot stiffer and heavier than the old-fashioned kind. When used to treat cramps, it places far too much pressure and weight on your uterus, making the pain even worse. Instead, I'm going to purchase an electric heating pad, which is lighter, more flexible, covers a larger area, and maintains a consistent temperature.
So far, everything has gone according to plan. I have yet to put it to use. I bought it because a hot water bottle is useful in a variety of situations. To help with toothaches and earaches, for example. It appears to be of a high standard.
It doesn't last long, maybe an hour.
It appears to be of high quality. Hopefully, the metal threads will prevent any leaks (there have been none so far). These keep their heat for much longer than rice "socks. " Perfect for aching backs in Montana winters.
This HWB has made a big impression on me. It's best to use it in bed if you have poor circulation in your feet. It's very relaxing. The only issue is that the heart-shaped tie is not attached to the cover and thus becomes misplaced.
It was delivered quickly and is in excellent condition. I would definitely buy this sweater again and recommend it to a friend because it keeps the heat in for a long time.
It's covered in a soft and inviting cloth.
The sweater is also well-made and adorable.
