We are experiencing one of the harshest winters in recent memory in Georgia, and it is becoming clear how poorly sealed my old house is. During an ice storm, we lost power for three days, and my car was our only source of heat. I've been reading blogs and learning how to retain heat and what to do to stay warm in preparation for more ice storms. I only found one website that mentioned hot water bottles out of all the ones I visited. I started looking into them right away and ordered them from Amazon. I'm in a great mood! br>br>Everyone in my house wants one now that they've seen it. The best thing about this one is how long it lasts. Countless hours and hours. Even after a few hours of filling with hot water and putting the cover on, it's still too hot to lean back on for an extended period of time. br>br>In comparison to other hot water bottles, this one has a spec saying that it's made of special material to keep your water hotter longer. br>br>In comparison to other hot water bottles, I'm extremely happy with my purchase because other bottles warn not to boil water before putting it in the bottle, I've had no problems boiling the water before adding it, and I believe it's built well enough to support it. br>br>I keep it in my lap under my blanket in the living room, or lean against it on the couch, or in my bed at night to warm up the covers. It's a personal heater for me. Love it! I'm going to buy some more! br>br>The only complaint I have is that the elastic on the cover is separating from the cover, and I've only had it for three days.

Since then, I've used it numerous times. The cover keeps the bottle warm for a longer period of time! It's so warm and inviting that my cat enjoys it as well! When filling it, the water must be extremely hot. I use nearly boiling water from my kettle. However, this must be done with extreme caution because it is very easy to burn oneself!.

Throughout the night, it was warm. A few months ago, I received a package. The cover is extremely soft and plush, but it did leave a lot of lint/fibers behind when first opened and used. Although it isn't visible right now, the color on the internet is accurate. I used it to massage my abs with castor oil packs (with a plastic barrier) before bed. I started filling the hot water bottle about an hour before bedtime (possibly 10:45). 30) I woke up around 9 a. m. the next day (I slept in). It was still very hot at 30 o'clock, and I believe it was even hotter later, around noon. (Of course, it's not as hot as it was at first, but it's still hot. ) It's incredible that it's been over 12 hours. ) My only wish is that the same style cover was available in an XL size. I like this one because it matches my decor and won't look out of place or create a visual mess if I leave it out because I'm using it as part of a routine and it's difficult to remember when things get put away because it appears messy if I leave it out. The pom pom tassle, in my opinion, is as inexpensive as a tassle can be. Even though it appears to be a good idea, I believe that if there was a drawstring that ran the length of the bottle cover's neck, it would be less likely to be ripped off than it is now.

I've dozed off with it on occasion, only to wake up hours later to find it still warm! I was tempted to give it a four-star rating because the fuzzy cover was white rather than silver and could have been more "plush," but I believe the product's functionality more than compensates. br>br>I've already used this a lot and I really like it.

It was much larger than I had anticipated, which is a good thing! Because we had an unusually cold winter in Florida, I appreciated having it to keep warm at night. The only reason I docked a star is that I'm not sure how to make it really hot. Although it says not to use boiling water, I find that using the hottest water from the faucet only warms the bottle. Especially when it comes to the cover. It's a hot water bottle, after all. Please let me know if you have the answer!.
