Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use this under my nose to mask odors?

I believe Vick's vaporub has 4 would be overkill with 11% camphor and 10% menthol it would be overkill with 2011% menthol it would be overkill with 2011% menthol it would be overkill% camphor and 2; 7% camphor and 202; 7% camphor and 202; 7% camphor and 202 It contains 6% menthol as well as eucalyptus oil and other oils to make it stink up. I've heard of morticians using a small amount of vaporub under the nose, despite the package's warnings.

Will it affect my dog if I apply it to my elbow and then my dog licks it or the areas where I was leaning on?

I wouldn't let them lick your elbow because camphor is poisonous to humans. If this fails, use the product while you're in another room or they're gated off in another room, while they're sleeping or distracted (Kong toys, food enrichment toys, chews, etc.) and wash it off with soap and water once your relief is achieved. They'll probably be fine after a few licks, but repeated licking, especially over several days, will almost certainly result in a reaction. It causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and respiratory depression, as well as the possibility of seizures and organ failure if consumed in large quantities. Pets find it to be mildly toxic, but children find it to be extremely toxic. Many pain relievers, including those with menthol and lidocaine, are toxic, and many pain relievers are neurotoxins. I wouldn't be concerned about residue left on surfaces; I believe the amount of ruboff is insignificant, as are the chances that your pet will have to lick the exact spot where the ruboff is present. Camphor and menthol have a strong odor and flavor that repels most animals and insects. If you eat more than 50 mg (0. Neurotoxicity is caused by a dose of 0.05 grams per 2 pounds of body weight. With a concentration of more than 30 mg (0. People experience mild toxicity symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and lethargy at a rate of 0.03 grams per 2 pounds of body weight. The lethal dose is 4 grams for adults and 1 gram for children. This is a 2018 gram jar with 11% camphor in it, so about 2 grams of the whole jar are camphor. This can be used to determine how much you should affect a dog based on their weight.

Is this something that can be used to alleviate the pain of scar tissue?

I noticed that the most recent wounds from my kitty clawing me when I was trying not to fall off my legs have left no scar. If I apply it right away, it relieves the pain, reduces blood loss, heals the wound in a few days rather than weeks, and there is no scab, so there is no scar. I also use it on bug bites, and the results are the same.

What is the difference between two sets of. Is it true that two jars are equal? 63 or 2- 63 jars?

It's the only one in the pack, and it's a zero. 18 oz. 63 oz. I bought it twice recently and a few times before that, either from Amazon or Walmart, but I never knew there were two jars in one pack.

The Asian cure for everything If you grew up in an Asian family, you're well aware that Tiger Balm is the panacea for all ills
5/5

Do you have a sore muscle? Do you have a stomachache? Do you get motion sickness when you travel? Headache? Mama has Tiger Balm on hand to help you out. Although we are Taiwanese, an Indian friend of mine told me that her mother used Tiger Balm in the same way. Quite impressive. br>br>I prefer the red Tiger Balm to the white Tiger Balm because it is more potent and has a cinnamon scent that I prefer. It has an ish odor. When I have a headache or a sore neck and can't wait for my Advil to kick in, I always turn to it for quick relief.

Just two words: it works
5/5

Menthol is the second most important ingredient, so newcomers should be aware of this. It has a similar scent to Vicks vapor rub, but it is twice as strong (if not three times stronger). This is designed to be absorbed by the skin. muscle pain is relieved My knee pain was gone after two days of using the product as directed. I assumed I'd have to see a doctor first. A $5 bill vs. a bill from the emergency room? In terms of the Vicks comparison, I'll be honest, knowing the ingredients, I snorted some of it to clear my sinuses. I assumed they were similar (they are technically, but the chemical differences are insane), and someone advised against putting it near your eyes, no matter where the pain is! It was almost immediately effective. But what's the biggest distinction? Because I put too much under my nose, it almost made my eyes water like I was cutting onions. Lol. Again, this is a MUSCLE RELIEVER that works by penetrating the skin layers. Three times the menthol! If you try to use it above your knees, be careful. major areas of bone and muscle ALSO, AFTER APPLYING, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR EYES OR PERSONAL AREA. So, for the men here, go to the restroom first! Lol. PS: It only takes a little to make a big difference. Do not be fooled by the size.

What became of Tiger Balm? I have a Tiger Balm jar that is 5 years old and has more potency than this new jar
3/5

What became of Tiger Balm? It's a far cry from its former glory, and it's a farce! Tiger Balm has always been my first choice for muscle and joint pain relief. If you want pain relief, you're better off buying a tube of generic Icy Hot. It has been a very sad day.

Relief from the good old days
5/5

Originally discovered while traveling abroad. This balm is great for sore muscles and aches. Cotton or q-tips are ideal. advice on how to apply If you use your fingers, make sure to wash them thoroughly afterward, or you'll regret it when you accidentally rub your eye! br>br>If you're looking for something without a scent, this isn't the product for you. There's a distinct camphor scent to this. The scent is similar to that of wintergreen. I use it to treat tennis elbow and minot arthiritis. We used it on our children's ankles when we were young and woke up in the middle of the night with growing pains/cramps in our feet and calf. br>br>It's nice to have a back-up.

Amazing! My mother, grandmother, and aunt all have severe arthritis in their hands and had found little relief until they tried this cream
5/5

It has a strong scent, but it isn't unpleasant. Use at bedtime with a wrap or something to keep it from getting on the furniture or the bed. Three customers who will be returning for the rest of their lives.

This balm is fantastic
5/5

This tigerbbalm is one of my favorites. It alleviates the discomfort. It stains your clothes, which is the only thing I don't like about it. I'm going to put something up. Because it relieves my pain, I'm going to deal with the stains. This is a product that I wholeheartedly endorse.

Muscle rub with a better scent
5/5

I ordered this out of desperation because I'd been battling a chest cold for over a month and the coughing was causing my rib and shoulder muscles to hurt. This is something I usually find at my neighborhood Asian market. br>br>It literally saved my life, and I'm completely biased in favor of it - It smells better, has a warmer "burn," and spreads just as well as any other cream muscle product on the market. I've been using this for years on my deep tissue aches and pains, and it's never let me down - despite a month of nonstop coughing stop.

I despise Bengay, but I absolutely adore Tiger Balm! My boyfriend received a jar from a friend to try on his wrist for carpal tunnel syndrome
5/5

He was undecided on the subject. As a result, he advised me to try it, but I despise Bengay and similar products. br>However, it was only later that I realized what it was - Basically, all of the benefits of Bengay but none of the drawbacks, such as no cold sensation, only warmth, and no menthol odor, which was replaced by a cinnamon scent (which I adore!). It was absolutely fantastic! I suffer from excruciating neck and upper back pain, which causes me to get tension headaches frequently as a result of my neck stiffness. It's amazing how effective this stuff is. Nothing else I've tried has ever worked as well as Tiger Balm, and it's one of the few things that has actually helped me with my neck pain. I went from having no knowledge of it to being completely enthralled by it. br>I strongly advise you to give it a try! Although the jar is small, a small amount goes a long way:.
