Having used this product for over twenty years, I have no complaints. During the first few days I noticed a difference after stopping it a couple of times. From that point on, I have not stopped. I was advised to do so by my veterinarian. Initially, he told me to take 3 capsules a day for a month, then drop it to 2 a day when I could feel a difference, and finally 1 capsule per.

I am amazed at how well I feel after taking this supplement for a month. The woman I am is 68 years of age, active in life, and arthritic. Joint pain is relieved and joints are made more flexible with this supplement. I'm glad I didn't get scared off by the price. This is a great product that is well worth the cost. I even no longer feel numb down the right side of my leg. My friends have all been encouraged by me to use it.

I did not want to have an unnecessary surgery. My doctor suggested I try Cosamin DS instead of surgery since I was reluctant to undergo surgery. The pain I felt in my legs prevented me from climbing stairs properly at that time. Even though I have been using Cosamin DS for 6 years, I am still experiencing the same knee problems. To make sure I do not miss a dose, I take two tablets a day. For exercise I walk close to a mile a day and am in greatly reduced pain compared to what I had in the past. Walking stairs is not an issue as well. Although I know eventually I will have to have the knee replaced, I am sticking to the Cosamin routine I have been following. Excellent product. I highly recommend it.

I have used this off and on for degenerative disc disease, as well as being affected by degenerative issues in my knees and other joints during recent years. There has only ever been one thing that has I would sometimes stop and try other products when it was first released. It was 80 dollars when it first came out. Cosamin DS has proved to be the most effective method so far. I don't need to suffer anymore. It feels great to be able to move all my joints! Having learned my lesson, I am ready to face the future. DS is Cosamin DS exclusively for as long as they continue to produce it, which I hope will be for ever.
