Light enough to hold in my spastic hands (I have Primary Progressive MS). It's great to see it's flaxseed, instead of corn In my experience, corn is too harsh for my back (I use it on various parts of my body)

I am in love. My mom had made a rice bag for me but it kept getting holes. When I got this replacement, I replaced my old bag.
