The cold packs do not stay in all the places you need them to, and I can still suffer migraines during Botox injections every 12 weeks.

I have lots of cold packs but they do not always stay in all the places you need them. In particular, it's challenging to distract myself from reading when I'm seated up. Despite covering everything except the top of the head, this hat does not cover the top of the On small heads, there is a drawstring to prevent the cap from sliding down. My friend pulled open the string and I put my small ice packs on top of my head before pulling the string back down. My options under this heading are lying down, standing up, and sitting down. My life is saved by this hat.

This is perfect for me! This ice pack suit fits well and really has a lot of ice packs so it thoroughly covers all my trouble spots. My research led me to this one and I'm glad I ended up choosing it. This can be worn over your eyes, and I love that. It is almost too good to be true, so I am starting to get anxious to get a migraine in order to really try it. It will make you feel better if you have a migraine.

With this hat, your head receives full coverage, elastic for a perfect fit, and it is very It is very cold once you take the hoodie out of the freezer, so you need to make sure it is at the right temperature before wearing it.
