There is a thick block of gel in this. It feels like you have a bunch of large ice cubes around your head when frozen. Cold air may envelop those areas, but it does not envelop the gaps between the blocks.

This is what I need! I like that there are a lot of ice packs in this bra so it hits all my tight My research led me to this one and I'm glad I chose it. It is nice that you can go over your eyes with it. It almost makes me eager to have a migraine so I can try it out. Migraines benefit greatly from this
