You can strap it on and go. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE ARE TWO GEL PADS. This is really good information. I had back surgery in 1994 on L5 S1. That's where your spine attaches to your hips. A GEL PACK is the first formulation that is specifically meant for your low back. I can hook it on keep it going, the greatest part is you get two gel packs, but remember to keep no more than 20 minutes at a time, regardless of whether it's cold or hot. Cold relief of pain lasts longer for me, so I prefer it. NATURE IS HOT TO ME, & I have been using ice for the past twenty years. This is a great addition to the lower back strap on the bike & it comes in the perfect shade of blue. I want you to take no ice bags to bed with you & don't lay in bed on top of those YOU MUST WEAR A DAMP TOWEL and prop your legs up. CAN'T GO ON WITHOUT THE TWO 26 YEAR OLD screws that hold me together. IT IS SCAREY, IS IT NOT. GET ONE OF THESE GEL PACKS.

No heat has ever been produced by it The only thing that is cold is the air. a sticky substance has begun to leak from the end of a seam area after less than two months.

She gets panic attacks and ice packs to the chest will tell her brain that it's a false alarm, BUT, she cannot handle ice, it freaks her out, so it's not perfect for her. She wanted something that she wouldn't have to touch to stay in place, so I went looking for something she could velcro around herself. Here is what I found after searching for a few pages. This is exactly what I was looking for. After reading the reviews, I was convinced. Beautifully made, I love the colored ice packs so you can always see which one you have used and which The same weekend we went to help her move, she also broke a rib or pulled an ax so I got her ice packs for her rib, and she was able to use them also for her panic attacks. She loved them and could use them for every day use. So she didn't have to stop whatever she was doing, we put the Velcro on her as we helped her pack and move. The product I chose is so perfect I can't even describe how happy I am with it. I will be getting two for myself in the near future. That's why I highly recommend it.

That's why I bought it -- it can go both hot and cold.
Keep in mind that the belt is not designed to fit people with really large waistlines!
The packs freeze well and heat up well if you do your homework and don't overheat them. Some of my family members are larger than me, so I'd like a longer belt or an option to extend it. If you can get it to fit you, you'll love the comfort, especially the way it's tailored to hug your lumbar area.

There is no end to how much she The sofa used to be covered with a wet towel in a ziplock bag that had been frozen flat and folded over. Her movements were limited when the gel pack ceased to be cold and there was no longer any restriction to her range of motion. Even though it is necessary to take a break from moving around the house from time to time, this allows my mother to still get therapeutic relief while she is moving around the house.
