A different product first caught my attention The cream works VERY well and I did not need to use it more than twice in a "bad day". I used another company who has the same % of Lidocaine in cream form. It was difficult for me to apply these wipes because of their stiffness, and I experienced burning and numbness when I did, which was not the case with the other product. Perhaps another person could do a better job.

I apologize to the reviewers who implied that scissors were necessary for opening the package. Initially I thought that they were exaggerating, but as I found out, they aren't. A little slit could not possibly do anything since the wipes are in a foil package that is hard to open by hand. There is a large foil package that is impossible to open by hand! In the foil was a small 4x6 wipe that was very thin, easily ripped, and easily irritated. I did notice some burning while using the wipe and within 30 minutes or so, I had to take a shower as the itching and burning became unbearable. Also, I tried PrepH's cream version with lidocaine, and the burning and itching were the same.

I find preparation H works better than this application, but it was not my favorite. The approach is really too costly for one application, I thought after I tried it once. Honestly, I prefer the little tube to the big.

If you suffer from hemroid pain, this is the product you need. I recommend that you use a flushable moist wipe to clean out all waste from your rectum, then to apply the HEMROID PIN EIPR to the painful area. YOU SHOULD ONLY TOUCH THE AREA OF PAIN WITH THE WIPE, THEN DISCONTINUE USING The practice of flushing is not recommended. You will experience relief right away when you are free of PSIN. This is an excellent product I highly recommend.

Everyone does not want to admit that they have hemmoroids, but if you do and are trying to relieve yourself from all the annoying things that go along with them, this product definitely makes a difference! Taking the individual packets when traveling was very convenient. I was able to take one with me without a problem!.

the purposes of returning to normal bowel movements after hemorrhoidsectomy, this method did not work. Since opioids are constipating and should be discontinued ASAP, they are more like Tucks pads than anything else and detect lidocaine. Some sort of technology needs to be developed between here and there since opioids are constipating and cannot sense lidocaine. Other than when it is time for a movement, this is possible. It's great to have individual serving containers but they're difficult to open without scissors, somewhat defeating the point of a convenient travel pack in our opinion.

There are far fewer wipes than I find adequate, a disappointment to me. In addition, there are a few more dry spots than I expected. The wipes are significantly smaller than those you would use on a regular basis and have very few surfaces. Rather than finding a product that fits your needs, I would recommend finding one that is significantly bigger. Ones designed for travel are not very large but even so.
