The answer is no. It appears to be made of plastic, as far as I can tell.

Since I had a really bad tear, I needed something to help me get my tears cleaned (and to reduce the stinging while I got out of the bathroom). My tape measure is actually quite long and perfectly angled, so I didn't have to bend over in order to assemble it. Warm witch hazel water has soothed my tender bits well when I added a few drops to it. When you want to put the bottle into the travel bag, the spout easily pushes back into the bottle. A very large amount of water was held by the bottle, and I never needed to refill during the day. Even though the bottle size is quite large due to the extra capacity, once the spout is retracted it's no bigger than a typical formula bottle and so I could easily put it in my diaper bag while traveling. It is important to make sure the spout is fully out of the way and that the cap is tightly attached so it doesn't spray water before you squeeze - but that is informed I really like the packaging. The box it comes in is stunning, and the travel bag is super cute and There's only a logo on the travelling bag, so from the outside, you can't tell what it is (my 2 year old son loves to pull things from should be irrelevant, but it is This is a good quality item all in all.
