Okay, I'll tell you the truth and nothing but the truth: this product is well worth your time and money. Trust me. It'll give you a nice burn in your booty hole. You'll get the relief you're looking for if you leave it to burn and do its thing for 5 minutes and stop being such a baby. I've been using this product for 24 hours now, and let me tell you, it feels great to finally be able to sit down without pain and lay in bed without discomfort. Definitely worth the 16. 99 just do it, apply it, and don't be a baby by giving it one star because it burns. What's more, what's the worst that could happen? a cactus-clawed monster with a bulging rectum rubbing its claws around your butt? Or a mild burning sensation that will subside over time without causing any discomfort? You make the final decision. I'm no longer in pain and I'm in fantastic shape. Seriously, wooooow. It wasn't at first supposed to work since I tried other expensive products before and did not work for me. But once this product came in I no longer felt pain after use. However, within minutes of use, the bleeding disappeared without it returning.
It was like sticking an altoid up your bung hole after licking it. Down there, it's all minty and fresh. Also, because female bits are closer together, the minty freshness spread to more distant areas. It wasn't scorching or even unpleasant, in my opinion. Sweating during a workout and sweat runs down your crack is similar to applying icy hot to your lower back.
I've been using this ointment for two weeks and it really helps to reduce swelling and pain. I take it three times a day and don't think I've ever had a hemorrhoid problem as I write this review. My attempts were a disaster! This ointment was superior to the hydrocortisone prescription ointment in my opinion. You'll notice a cooling, tingling sensation, which some might describe as a burning sensation, when you apply it. In any case, I find it comforting that the sensation will only last a short time. Simply follow the directions for how many times to use it per day, as I found it necessary to use it on a regular basis in order to reap the same benefits as I did. It comes highly recommended, and I intend to use it frequently.

This is fantastic. With its cooling mint sensation, it immediately relieved the itching discomfort; imagine if you've ever used a tea tree mint shampoo, that invigorating tingling feeling on your scalp; that was the sensation in your butt. Then, after about 5 days, I noticed it had vanished entirely. If, God forbid, they ever return, this will be my first choice.
