This is a larger, more robust version. The only downside to this for me is when there no visible difference between AM and There is no difference between the icons (sun and moon) or text so you have to carefully inspect to ensure that you are getting pills from the right side. Adding a visible cue to one side would make this a 5 star product and be useful for those who may have limited.
