I can only drink it with milk; I use oat milk and it's perfect, and I used to add a drop of Hershey's dark chocolate syrup when I first started. My mother is able to drink Gatorade, but not me. We drink from a small juice glass so I don't have to drink as much. I'm glad this is available over the counter, because when my grandmother was alive, she had to obtain it through a prescription. I'm not feeling well and have to take my meds on a daily basis because my bowels have slowed to a halt, despite the fact that I used to be regular before starting the meds. So, if you're on medication, you might need this on a daily basis. Reduce your workouts to every other day if you find you're doing too much. That doesn't work for me, but each of us is unique. I recommend that you only purchase Miralax and not other brands. I have no ties to this company, and I am not compensated in any way; all I can say is that Miralax is a blessing from God.
Hello. Miralax does not have any sodium added to it. However, according to the nutritive information we received on the active ingredient, there could be trace levels of sodium in the product. Miralax comes in a 17g dose.
One packet (17 g) of powder in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage is the recommended dosage for adults and children aged 17 and up.

I've been using it for well over a decade. It's the meow of the cat. It has been in use for more than a decade. It used to be that you could only get it with a prescription. Constipation issues that had plagued me for a long time were finally resolved. Tip - Simply pierce the sealer with a needle. It's a lot easier to keep the flow under control. Tip - Measure the inside of the cap with a black marker. It's a lot easier on the eyes of these 80-year-olds.

I bought this product because I have a medical condition that requires me to take MiraLax every night for the past three years. I had to discard this bottle after opening it and mixing it as usual because the taste was so caustic; I tried again later after shaking the bottle a little. MiraLax, on the other hand, has almost no taste and is certainly not caustic or bitter. I get a lot of knockoffs from Amazon and have tried other places, but it never occurred to me that drugs for internal consumption would be lacking in quality control. I bought a new bottle from a local pharmacy, and it turned out to be the genuine MiraLax. Be careful who you buy from.

I despised having to hold a rubber pouch full of water for as long as possible before rushing to the bathroom in order to make it on time and without having an accident. Constipation plagued me throughout my adult years. Years of not being able to pass a bowel movement and straining to pass a small amount of stool, as well as enemas. Finally, I went to a doctor who did a colonoscopy on me. He claimed that I had a colon that was excessively long and redundant. They make the colon contract violently in order to propel the stool forward. Miralax draws water into the colon, softening it and making it easier to pass. br>br>Miralax was a character from the game Miralax. for me it's a game changer This is a true lifesaver. I haven't had any constipation in a long time. It is something I consume on a regular basis. If I miss a day, it's not a big deal; however, if I miss too many days, the constipation will return. br>br>I can't say enough good things about Miralax. This is an excellent item.
My GI doctor advised me to drink this every day because I have Crohn's disease. I put it in my morning coffee and can't tell if it's there or not! It has made me feel so much better in general! When I need to travel away from home, I also purchase the travel packets.
I take an Rx for idiopathic constipation, but Miralax is far and away the best and safest non-prescription option. It's easy to order from Amazon, and the size is ideal. I spoke with several people in the medical field, and they said that many of their patients take this twice a day. At the very least, my own doctor agreed, at least for my own dose. Please consult your doctor before using this product, as it can cause serious dehydration if taken in excess of the recommended dose.
