The amount of Aspergillus orze in the box and packet is not specified in milligrams. However, it specifies Lactase Enzyme FCC Lactase Units of 9000 (nine thousand) FCC Lactase Units. In addition, each caplet contains 5mg sodium.
I prefer chewing these to chewing the 'chewable' tablets because they have no flavor and the others taste terrible. These work for me despite my severe lactose intolerance. Of course, depending on how much lactose is in the meal, I may have to eat two. three times during the meal
The pills can be taken on your adventure, but the expiration date varies by box. Lactaid is the only thing that works!
It comes in what I refer to as a sheet, with six tablets per sheet. Individual tabs can be easily torn apart thanks to a perforation. Mine has an expiration date of August 22nd.

I used to drink a lot of milk as a kid. My brother and I could drink a gallon of milk in a single day. I take one of these whenever I eat or drink anything with milk in it, and I can drink a large glass of milk without experiencing any side effects. I'm 60 years old and have never had a problem with milk until last year, when I drank a large glass of milk with cookies and experienced the worst bloating and pain I've ever had. I was on the verge of going to the emergency room because I thought I had food poisoning. When it happened again after eating too much cheese several days later, we realized it was lactose intolerance. I now carry the pills with me and take one with each swallow, which not only reduces but also eliminates symptoms.
It's not often that you can say something completely transforms your life, but these have done just that for me. There isn't much to say about the pills; they work, they work well, and they work every time. After a biopsy revealed that I have/produce no lactase enzymes, I was desperate for a solution. br>I expected it to work because of the positive reviews, but it did not. Even when given twice as much. br>br>I suppose I'll avoid lactose for the rest of my life. I would not be able to use this product.
I only discovered these earlier this year and had no idea they existed. The best place to get them, at least in my area, is on Amazon. I would recommend taking two tablets if you're over a certain weight limit. I'm over 200 pounds and one tablet isn't effective. But if I take two tablets before I eat dairy, I feel absolutely nothing at all afterwards.
