I rarely ever had that problem with Omeprazole. Although it works, almost every day I would get a little bit of heartburn flare up, but not enough to require any Tums or anything like I would without a PPI. It has been mentioned in another reviewer's review that this medicine may cause mood changes, so I noticed that as well, I had bad mood swings more than I should have. If these wear off and I need Omeprazole again, I will switch back to her. As for this product, I'll stick with what works best for me. This is what especially impressed me about it Since they are SO TINY, they are amazingly EASY to swallow.
