I would recommend that you discuss ingredients with your pharmacist; I am not a professional. What I can say is that this is incredible stuff; I suffer from allergies and sinus problems, so this is perfect for me. I am never going to use another product. it. is. amazing. I strongly advise you to do so - It works quickly, efficiently, and for an extended period of time- acting. I take Zyrtec on a daily basis and haven't needed it in a long time. I also don't use this nasal spray on a daily basis; one spray in each nostril will last me several days. I've sent it to my daughter and son because I'm so impressed with it. They both swear that they follow the law.
It won't be a mist like the others because it's a gel rather than a liquid. However, I believe it will adapt with continued use.
When I have a cold or the flu, this is the only product I use. Afrin is something I haven't tried yet. The fact that Zicam is a homeopathic remedy appeals to me.
I've had bad sinus problems my whole life, and because of them, I've had some temporary hearing loss. Several years ago (12 years), a pharmacist recommended Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief and Zicam All Seasonal Sinus/Allergy Relief to me. Since then, I've been employing it. It's not worth it because of the potential side effects. This item should only be used for three days. br>Because my husband didn't read the fine print, he aggravated his condition. br>br>The three-day warning should be prominently displayed.

I used 20 of each of the two spray bottles (one for the house and the other for the car). Then I'll take another 20 mg of flonase, give or take, for a total of 40 mg, and I'll be as good as new in about three days. So, I hope this has been of assistance to you.
